OK, what's 'Math-Rock?'

And why is a band from Oxford, England saying Math rather than Maths?

Well, Darren... It's called math-rock because of the varying time signatures. The GENRE was started in the US - the Midwest, I believe - so if they fit into the genre they would use the term "math-rock."
