But I'm not gloating, cos the love of my life is upset and the boy was shouting at the TV when Ronaldo scored: "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you!" Ahhh, aren't teenagers so sweet!

I didn't want England to lose. I hated Portugal's gamesmanship. Thought the red card against Rooney was harsh - and hated Ronaldo for imploring the ref to send him off -; felt Beckham was anonymous even before the injury (I'm sure at one point in the first half, his name wasn't mentioned for like 20 minutes); and felt sorry for Joe Cole for being substituted.
I think Lampard should be most dissapointed England player, as he was the biggest let down of the tournament, and was it just me in thinking that Owen Hargreaves was man of the match? I thought he was outstanding.
