Well Stanley was on Sky Sports the other evening reminiscing about the great QPR team of 75/76. He's also 200-1 to become our next manager. Souness always seems to be mentioned whenever we get a managerial vacancy (which is quite often these days). And Notting Hill is near Shepherd's Bush.
I actually watched that episode thinking that the mystery of 'Stan Bowles souness notting hill' would be explained. Alas, to no avail.
That show was one of the funniest things I've seen in years. I know he's had years of practice as an after-dinner speaker but Stan certainly has a nice line in one-liners. ;-)
