Zevon is mentioned on the wiki page.

The wiki page also states that though it bombed when originally released it has since become known as an 'imaginative classic'. It really isn't.

Its been sort of ripped off quite often, though. Including a full scale knock off by Sir Kevin Rowland ("One of those things" on Don't stand me down...)
Not really my thing either but I do remember Lee Ho Fook quite fondly. Shut now. And it wasn't as good as Shu Shan (which was situated at one of Sidney Webbs' homes) or - even better - the Dragon Gate. Neither of them did Beef Chow Mein.
