Yep, half watching the early, funny episodes of Parks and Recreation. It really only kicked into full funny during the second season. I still remember that the halloween episode with the aforementioned Greg Pikitis was the turning point for us thinking it was a must watch show.

. . . And then Adam Scott and Rob Lowe turned up and it was the kiss of death.  So it goes.

Wrecsam on the telly . . .

I honestly thought Charlton were going to do a number on them but a couple of corking goals in the first 20 minutes resulted in Wrexham winning promotion to the Championship. (Three promotions in three years, and all captured on Hulu in documentary style.) It's the first time Wrexham has been in the second tier of English football since the days of Dai Davies, Dixie McNeil and Mick Vinter in the early 80s. 

Next year will be interesting. If they finish in the top ten it will be a major achievement. Ryan Reynolds will have to do Deadpool 5, 6 and 7 if they are going to get the dosh in to challenge for promotion to the top table.

Why am I babbling about Wrecsam? (Welsh language spelling, fact checkers.) Well, they were on the big TV whilst I hit my 118th 180 of 2025. I think Blake Lively glanced my way when that third T60 went in. We shared a moment.

 . . . yeah, I'm babbling.

I actually busted out on 144. (That's becoming a bit of a habit. Choosing a 180 over an outshot.) I could say it was just about hitting the 180 but that would only be partially true. The dartitis kicked in when I thought about throwing for the D12. It's habit forming and it's killing me.

Best ever score in a 501 game.

I'm posting this four months after the actual event (it's early August right now at my end) which makes the achievement all the more unreal. Makes me wonder if I should go back to the Target Carrera's again, and just mothball the Designa Dark Thunders for a few months. If only it was that simple.

No idea how I hit this one. Dartitis turned up to 11.

The dartitis is now ravaging my body parts at this point. My throwing arm is killing me, my back's out of whack and my left foot feels like someone took a sledgehammer to it. I think I need alcohol to both numb the physical pain and to shut out the mental anguish.
