Less predictability in England? So, until chelsea it was ManU, ManU, ManU, Manu, arsenal, Man U, Man U, ManU, Arsenal, ManU - and that's less predictable in what way exactly???
Anyway, no-one is asking you to be interested in Scottish football - stick to yer ain pishy League One crap (although it will improve when the Lions go down, of course)!
My comments were, of course, a tad tongue in cheek cos, while the English Premiership was dominated by Utd and the Arse for 10 years or so, ours has been dominated by two teams for ever.
Gillingham - always a bogey team for the Lions, except for last season if memory serves me right. but, of course, won't be playing the Gills next year cos after the morale-boosting draw against Eveton, we are heading for a great run of results which takes up well up the table.
I thought you would come knocking on my door. I'm not so Keane on this post now - I think I might delete it. ;-)
Daft thing is, even with five minuted to go when Celtic pulled a goal back, I was expecting them to still salvage something from the game. Reports I've read from the game suggest that Du Wei's debut was an absolute nightmare.
I take it that you are now coming out fair and square as a Jam Tart?
Oh , Darren , i think for the time being i will be satisfied with being a Spartans fan after they put that other Weegie club out of the cup . Another Capital city giant killer team in the making.
Darren, really now. If I'm writing you a comment telling you to quit watching Mariah Carey's biography on the TV and get in here and write a blog, you know it's time.
Stop trying to undermine my reputation for having excellent taste in music, when you know fine well that Reidski swears by it. It was a biography of Celine Dion on the E Channel.
Hoo Yee! Inveresky! Get a post up on here wil yi man? How long does it take for you to get over a New Year hangover? On top of that the place has turned into a chatroom.
Souness has gone and there's some trouble about a disney cartoon or something you could write about. Did you manage to see any of Big Brother ower there?
It was totally unbelievable. Outplayed for 60 minutes, no way back and then........
ReplyDelete... shove it right up yer jacksie, Mr Romanov!
As ye can tell, Darren, I'm still steamin after my trip to the pub to watch it - in fact, I think I'll blog about it.
I've always been bored to tears by scottish football. Celtic, Rangers, Celtic, Celtic, Rangers, Rangers, Rangers, etc, etc.
ReplyDeleteThe Premiership is probably a done deal now, with Chelsea's draw against United. There does seem to be less predictability though.
Hearts have added an exciting change to all this. Oh well, maybe a mere impression!
At least with my beloved Gills, you know footie is never predictable, except in the sense you can predict the Gills are unpredictable! lol ;)

ReplyDeleteI did say it may be a mere impression.
Apropos the Lions. BRING EM on. That's a team we love to beat in Gillingham. Whether we can is another matter, of course...! ;P

ReplyDeleteHaway, man, Darren, your blog stopped on 1/1/06. Divn't say you've stopped blogging.

This boy has taste! Celine and Mariah are among my favourites - right up there with Lena Martell, as it happens!
